Where is Gascony

Gascony is the beautiful, unspoilt and completely rural area of South West France, close to the Pyrenees Mountains and stretching between the cities of Bordeaux and Toulouse. These lands of the historic Dukedom of Gascony now lie mainly within the modern 'département' of 'Le Gers'.
