NEW PROPERTIES
In addition to the two new properties listed last year, we will have two more to offer you this year…with details to follow soon.
…is an old, solid stone-built farmhouse, well-sited in its own land with wide views over rolling Gascon farmland. There are four comfortable double bedrooms, two with an extra single bed, providing accommodation for 8 to 10 adults. Three shower/bath rooms, two ensuite. Newly installed and fully equipped kitchen. Living-dining room next to the kitchen, with an adjacent TV/snug room. Newly installed swimming pool well-sited in the ‘frame’ of an old barn, which provides a covered pool terrace.

…is near Monfort and under an hour from Toulouse airport. This C12th building sleeps 14-16 and is different from of our typical Gascon hillside properties. Once an ancient water mill which used to be occupied by a hermit, the property has been sympathetically restored as a well-equipped holiday home. For 2025 there will be a new, heated salt-water pool and a sauna. Surrounded by its own private woodland and built over the river, the feeling of peace and tranquillity is extraordinary.
